Do I need to dilute the castor oil before using it on lashes and brows?
It helps. Castor oil is naturally thick, so mixing it with a lighter carrier oil (like coconut oil) in the applicator bottle makes it easier to spread evenly with the spoolies.
Will this clog my pores?
It's rated comedogenic 1 on the standard 0-5 comedogenic scale — the lowest-risk band — so it's generally considered suitable for all skin types, though individual skin can always react differently.
Is the oil in the kit the same as the standalone bottle?
Yes — identical cold-pressed, hexane-free, undiluted castor oil. The kit just adds the applicator bottle and spoolies for easier brow, lash and scalp application.
How often should I use it on my brows and lashes?
Nightly is the routine we recommend — dip a clean spoolie in the diluted oil and apply before bed.
