Shipping

We ship pan-India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location and are handled by our logistics partners.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns

Because our products are cosmetic essentials intended for personal use, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product itself is defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product, or immediately for cancelled orders before dispatch.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled but may be returned per the policy above once delivered.
